This yin yoga workshop focuses on presence, flexibility and relaxation.
We hold the poses for typically 3-7 minutes to experience what happens when we release all muscle activity and tension in the body and let the stretches unfold over time.
In this workshop, we take our time with each stretch and feel ourselves slowing down. We gently approach to loosen deep muscle tension, and with a calm mind, we work towards a more flexible body.
Yin yoga invites you to slow down, focus, and be in the moment with the feelings and sensations that arise. It is not difficult; everyone can join regardless of level and previous experience with yoga.
About the teacher
Dicte is a trained yoga teacher at Arhanta Yoga in the Netherlands. She fell in love with yoga in her early teens and hasn’t stopped it since. “I have always loved exploring different forms of movement and meditation and hope to pass on some of my love of yoga to you.
For me, it is incredibly important to create a safe and nice space where you feel and can be exactly who you are.” We look forward to seeing you.

Come in good time, we start on time. Feel free to bring your own mat or borrow one in the room. We also have blankets and blocks available.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not refund purchased tickets. If you are prevented from joining the class, you are welcome to give your place to someone you think can use it.
