MODERN DANCE WORKSHOP

Join us for a modern dance workshop.

The class combines improvisation with a focus on different movement patterns, dance qualities, expressions and easily accessible sequences using technique, strength, flow and grounding.

We will work on exploring our material with exercises, ideas and improvisation. Explore potential and movement patterns by pushing limits and creating new ways of expressing ourselves. Separate and with each other. We will work with small sequences/choreography.

This workshop is an opportunity for development, learning and immersion in your movement language, to open up for creativity and to grow and build strength, no matter what dance background or experience you bring. Everyone is welcome.

About the teacher
Our dance instructor, Cathrin Elenor Nørgaard, is a trained modern dancer from Contemporary Dance School Hamburg with experience with performing and teaching in Denmark and abroad. She has worked with several genres within modern dance and improvisation and emphasizes creating a safe space for development and growth within free movement, modern dance and technique.

Arrive early. We begin on time.

Tickets: 150 kr.

Room: ‘Klubben’ on the 1st floor.

Wear clothes that allow movement and a bottle for water.
