FAMILY SUNDAY WORKSHOP

Spend your Sunday in Absalon being creative and having fun. It’s every Sunday from 10-13 in the main hall.

We will be glueing, painting, cutting and creating different things each time. The family workshops are for kids together with their parents, friends or grandparents.

You can buy hot chocolate, sodas or a bun with cheese in the bar.

PROGRAM

Sunday, May 5th – Decorate a flowerpot
Today we are in springmode and we will be decorating flowerpots with colours. We will later put soil and seeds in it, so we can grow our own plants or flowers.

Sunday the 12th of May – Decorate a box
We will today decorate cardboard boxes so we can store all of our best things. We will decorate the boxes with colours and glitter.

Sunday the 19th of May – Weave a wall decoration
This Sunday we will be making wall decorations! We will weave with different types of yarn and make our own personal wall decoration.

Sunday the 26th of May – make your own artwork
In relation to the Art Matter Exhibition in Absalon, today we are going to make our own artworks.

Sunday the 2nd of June – Make a pearl figure
Today we will create figures out of wire and pearls. You can form them as you like and make a house, a fantasy animal or something third.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

It costs 40 kr. to participate. You buy your ticket on the day.

We have all the materials you need.

The workshop is open from 10-13 and is drop-in, so you don’t have to be there right from the start. As long as you come before 12, so you have time enough to create something.
