CONTAKIDS COURSE

Come join us on for this course for kids and their adults.

Contakids is a playful movement class for children in the age group of 2-5 years old together with an adult.

The class consists of different exercises that will help develop a better understanding of the body, motoric abilities, creativity and impulsivity and will at same time strengthen the bond between kid and adult through fun and games.

We will run, crawl, fly, balance, play and have loads of fun!

At Contakids there is no right or wrong way to participate – all moods, bodies and experience with exercise are more than welcome!

The teacher Camilla has a degree in modern dance and has a long list of experience with teaching different movement classes such as yoga, pilates, improvisation and creative dance for both children, adults and elderly. Later she also earned a degree as a Contakids teacher in France. Feeling comfortable and experiencing the joy of movement are the most important elements for Camilla in her classes.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION 

Four week course every Monday in the period from November 20 – December 11.

Five week course every Thursday in the period from January 11 – February 8.

The price is 400/500 kroner for the whole course for both a kid and an adult.

Remember clothes suited for exercise.
