ABSALONS CHOIR

Come and sing along in Absalons Choir!

Absalons Choir is for you who would like to evolve as a singer, while singing with others.

You don’t need any experience with singing in a choir nor being able to hit all the notes clearly. You just need to want to become better.

The choir is for beginners and more experienced, young, old and everyone on between.

We will be singing soul, r’n’b, pop and reggae.

About our choirleader 

Mathias is an educated choirmaster and bandleader from The University of Copenhagen. Mathias has sung in ‘Københavns Drengekor’ and loves music – all from pop to reggae and rap battles. Mathias has a special affinity for jamaican music.

PRACTICAL INFO

We meet Thursdays from 16:30-18:30 (and one Sunday from 16-18) for 16 weeks.

We start Thursday the 11th of January and have the last class Thursday the 2nd of May.

There is a break in the winter holiday on Thursday the 15th of February and Thursday the 28th of March (Public Holiday).

We are in ‘Tårnværelset’ on the 3rd floor. Take the stairs up from the entrance.

It costs 1600 kr. to join. You can buy your ticket on the page below. The tickets are non-refundable and can’t be changed to another date.
