ABSALON AT ROSKILDE FESTIVAL – WHACKING

Absalon is back at Roskilde Festival!

This year, we are once again inviting you to dance on the dance floor “Destroy Me Once, Destroy Me Twice”. You can find us at the following times:

Linedance – Sunday, June 30th, 4.30-5.30 PM
Iconic Dance: *NSYNC – Monday, July 1st, 1.30-2.30 PM
Whacking – Tuesday, July 2nd, 12-1 PM

On this day, we’ll turn up the funk and disco music as we welcome Whacking. Whacking originated from the 1970s American club scene and drew inspiration from drag queens and iconic actors. Dance instructors Ida Irma and Hector will teach participants arm technique, steps, and performance to groovy funk and disco.

The event is free with a festival ticket.
