Reservations

It is not possible to reserve seats in the main hall for breakfast, lunch, coffee or meetings.

If you want to join the dinner in the evening, you can buy a ticket in advance online or at the door from 17:00 on the day.

Private parties and birthdays

It’s not possible to rent Absalon for private events, nor to reserve tables or order special food and drink.

If you have questions about allergies, talk to us in the bar or send an email to info@absaloncph.dk, in good time before your visit.

You are not allowed to consume food or drink that has been purchased outside Absalon.

Wheelchair access

There is a lift from street level to the main hall, the bar, the balcony and the disabled toilet in the basement. Guests in wheelchairs can easily participate in events in the main hall and in Klubben. There is no lift up to the tower room or the ceramics room.

Little guests

We have two baby changing facilities at Absalon. One is down the stairs next to the entrance. The other is accessible by elevator from the main hall.

Food for children can be bought in the bar. We have rolls, eggs, yogurt and plenty more. You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into Absalon.

Do not bring strollers inside. Park them outside.

Gitcards

Give the gift of Absalon to someone dear to you. Choose an amount and order online. Voila it’s ready in your inbox. Buy a gift card.

You can also purchase Absalon mugs (DKK 50), table tennis paddles (DKK 50), The Absalon Book (DKK 100) and Absalon bags (DKK 50) – all available in the bar.

Wardrobe & lost property

You can hang coats and jackets on the clothing rails in the basement at your own risk. There is no manned wardrobe at Absalon.

If you have forgotten or lost something in Absalon, ask our staff. We store lost property for approximately 2 weeks. After that, we donate it to charity.
