Pregnancy yoga in Absalon every Monday at 13:45.
This class is a break where you, with others, get to focus on your body, your baby, and your upcoming parenthood. We work on strengthening exercises and gentle stretches, both of which will help your body during pregnancy.
The class is all about you, and everyone is welcome no matter how you are feeling psychically or mentally.
You sign up for 4-5 weeks and can continue on the following course if you wish.

We meet every Monday for 4 or 5 weeks. Kl. 13.45-15.00. Arrive in good time, we start on time.
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.
