Pregnancy yoga in Absalon Mondays at 13:45 (course) and Thursdays at 12:30 (drop in)
This class is a break where you, with others, get to focus on your body, your baby, and your upcoming parenthood. We move through nourishing exercises adapted to your pregnant body's needs and challenges. The exercises are carefully selected to strengthen, stretch and relax the body.
You will be given tools to strengthen the areas of your body that help relieve physical strain and maintain your strength in the run-up to labour.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of how you feel mentally or physically during your pregnancy.
The most important thing is that pregnancy yoga is an hour you dedicate to yourself with others.
