Postpartum workout in Absalon every Monday at 12:00.
During this course, we gently rebuild our bodies with different exercises suitable for the postpartum body. The class consists of small and gentle flows and focuses on the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
You can bring your baby with you, and sometimes we do exercises with the babies as well. We have plenty of time, so there is time to feed or check on your child. Everyone can join, but we recommend joining with your baby before your baby is able to crawl.
You sign up for 4-5 weeks and can continue on the following course if you wish.

Please let the teacher know if you don't understand Danish and would like to be guided in English.
We meet every Monday for 4 or 5 weeks. Kl. 12.00-13.30
NB! It is not possible to park your pram inside Absalon, as the entrance is a fire exit.
