Are you curious about pilates and would you like to become stronger and more flexible? Then join us for a pilates class every Wednesday at 9:00.
This is a continuing course for 7 or 8 weeks. On Mondays we have a drop in pilates at 19:30.
During the course we will learn how to use the techniques that ensure more awareness and best results.
In pilates we use our core muscles and conscious breathing while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. The classes consist of a guided flow with classic and modern pilates exercises. Expect to use your entire body.
Pilates can help achieve a better posture and better body awareness. Maybe you will leave the class feeling a bit taller.
Everyone is welcome - beginners and experienced. The teacher can help you adjust the exercises to accommodate injuries.
About our teacher
Emma Hedemann is a trained pilates instructor from BASI Pilates. She has more than 10 years of experience with body work. Furthermore, she has a 3-year dance education and has worked as a modern dancer in Berlin.
10-week course (April-June): from April 19. - June 21. - 500 kr.

PLACE: ‘Klubben’ on the first floor
We have mats and blankets available in the room. Remember to bring a water bottle and clothes that allow free movement.
