Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and journaling.
This event offers a guided relaxation session, where you’ll be led through calming techniques to help you unwind and find inner peace. Following the relaxation, we’ll together engage in a journaling activity. Join us for this shared experience to find some de-stress and explore journaling in community.
This event is open to everyone, no prior experience is necessary – just bring your favorite journal, your favorite pen and an open mind.
The 90 min workshop will include:
Yoga Nidra = a guided nap for deep relaxation also called the yogic sleep, which is a guided deep relaxation practice, recharging and recovering your whole system – it’s true, 90 min of Yoga Nidra equal 6 hrs of sleep, Wow!
And guided Journaling practice in community 🙂

Room: ‘The club’ on the 1st floor
OBS: Bring your own Journal and pen. If you like you can also bring colors and decoration for your journal.
Come on time; we start on time. You can buy your ticket online. We do not refund purchased tickets. If you can’t join the class after all, you are welcome to give your place to someone you think can use it.
