Rhythm Room with BOOGIE ROOKIE

Rhythm Room is a twice-monthly night of dancing, discovery & ping pong – set in Absalon’s main hall. Whether you want to party, discover new music, play ping pong or hang out with friends, Rhythm Room provides a grand space for an eclectic musical and social start to the weekend – hosted by some of Copenhagen’s best selectors and DJ’s.

Absalon welcomes BOOGIE ROOKIE to the Rhythm Room.

Boogie Rookie is the young disco prince of Copenhagen. After 10 years of working in Denmark’s biggest record store built up an impressive and eclectic vinyl set ranging from eurodance to spiritual jazz but always groovy and charming.

His sets are full of nostalgia, synthesizers and drum machines and allthough they’re hard to put in a box, space disco, hi-nrg, italo, eurodance, new beat and acid house are some of the genres that you might expect to hear.

Entry: 50 kr on the door
