At this workshop, you can try out the pulsating and seductive Reggaeton movements from Puerto Rico and Panama when Nanu shows us simple Reggaeton moves, where you learn to use your hip, waist, chest and shoulders for festive rhythms (OBS. Taught in English).
You don’t have to be an experienced dancer to join. The most important thing is that you love to dance and have fun with others.
Reggaeton is a music genre rooted in Latin American and Caribbean music with elements of Jamaican reggae and dancehall, and hip-hop-inspired lyrics often sung in Spanish. The Reggaeton dance style was developed in 1980s Panama and consists of many different movements with the hips to ‘dem bow’ rhythms. As Shakira sings it, “Hips Don’t Lie, come and join us!
