In this workshop, you can practise your sense of self-movement and body position using Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung Fu techniques. We will not fight; instead, we will focus on gaining mobility and strength and connecting the mind to the body.
While listening to soothing music, we are going to practise blindfolded. We want to quieten our vision from the past days and set our focus on our other senses, mainly physical sensations. We will exercise primarily standing but sometimes also seated. And to make things even more fun, we’ll add some partner exercises!
Our teacher, Roman, has been practising Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung Fu for six years. He will teach in English.
