Join us for pilates in Absalon.
In this class you will be challenged on strenght, flexibility, balance and stability with focus on the core muscles (abs and back). Learn concious breathing while you’re guided through a flow of classic and modern pilates exercises.
Pilates can help your posture and build strength. Maybe you will leave the class feeling a but taller than when you came. The teacher will adjust the class according to level and needs of the participants. Everyone can join.

Where: ‘Klubben’ on the 1st floor
Wear clothes that allow movement and maybe some water. We have mats but you are welcome to bring your own.
