Gentle flows will warm up your body and get the blood in circulation. The class is a well-rounded yoga practice that is calming and relaxing, and at the same time invigorating and refreshing.
About our teacher Julia
Julia is a Holistic Yoga Instructor, with yoga teacher training in different yoga styles. Her personal favourite is a feel-good flow yoga that has the potential to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
