Rhythm Room with HANDLESS DJ & NIXXON

Rhythm Room is a twice-monthly night of dancing, discovery & ping pong – set in Absalon’s main hall. Whether you want to party, discover new music, play ping pong or hang out with friends, Rhythm Room provides a grand space for an eclectic musical and social start to the weekend – hosted by some of Copenhagen’s best selectors and DJ’s.

Absalon is proud to announce another super-dou, double-up with HANDLESS DJ & NIXXON at Rhythm Room.

Nixxon (aka Nikolaj Birgens) is a Danish artist and DJ known for his diverse and eclectic selection, which spans obscure disco, psychedelic krautrock, and underground electronic music. He’s part of the Camp Cosmic residency and the Overfitting Disco collective. He played at countless clubs around Europe and is always ahead of the pack regarding record digging and obscure discoveries.

Handless DJ (aka Pablo Saccomano) is hailing from Brussels, where he started DJing in the early 2010s with the iconic High Needs Low party. Pablo is an obsessive record collector, and his DJ sets are driven by his eclectic approach to music, exploring the subgenres of a 30-year legacy of House & Techno and breaking their boundaries through wave, EBM, Bass, soulful and italo-ish-infused sounds. He hosts the show “Myths & Rhythms” at Radio Panini and is a Uhuru Express & Dr Bongiorno member.
