A JOURNEY INTO SOUND

Immerse yourself in a phonic sonic journey. We explore our auditory sensations together by mindfully listening. The sounds surrounding us contain ambient music specifically curated for this class. Some guidance will help you pay attention to specific elements on your journey into sound.

We meet on our yoga mats, where you can sit, lie, move to sounds, or just cosy up with a blanket. You can also borrow blindfolds, which may help you connect more strongly to your hearing senses.

AA95 and Roman will be your travel buddies. AA95 is a producer and sound technician with extensive experience in ambient music who will curate the constantly evolving soundscape. Roman brings his background in musicology and musicianship and a special interest in sonic experiences, particularly for mindfulness training. The guidance will be held in English.
