Crossdance every Monday at 18 and Wednesday at 19.30.
We dance to good music that you can sing along to, do simple choreography and get lots of sweat on your forehead.
Crossdance mixes dance, body toning, cardio and balance, so you train the whole body and burn a lot of calories. At the same time, it’s all choreographed so that it doesn’t feel like a work-out class, but like a good, long dance party.
We mix steps from chacha and jive with ballet and other styles. There is something for everyone, and everyone can join – regardless of age or dance experience. The most important thing is that you don’t stand still and dare to look silly while we learn new steps with each other.
About our teacher Amanda Sandegaard
Amanda has danced everything from ballet to couple dancing, jazz and show dancing. However, she has mainly danced under musical direction. For the same reason, she loves to sing and act, and spends a large part of her time singing musical concerts around Denmark.
“I get enormous energy from singing and often shout along while dancing. Also when I’m cleaning, cooking or drying hair. Singing and dancing make everything more fun!”
