Christmas Party

Whether you like pudding or pancakes, Absalon invites you to gather your friends, colleagues, family, and neighbors, and join us for the Christmas party at Absalon!
 

We are crafting an evening filled with a great atmosphere, and we cannot wait to invite you inside the main hall, where you will experience an evening of eating, drinking, talking, singing, and dancing with each other when we mix communal dining, Christmas lunch, party, and surprises in one big festive pot. 

First we get to know each other at the tables, which is followed by a three-course meal. Then we will enjoy each other’s company, and when the clock strikes 10:30 PM, our DJ will spin tunes that will have you eager to hit the dance floor. There is plenty of space to take a swing on the dance floor, play some dice, or have a good time at the tables.

MENU

Starter: Salmon rillette with capers, dill & romaine lettuce.

Vegetarian: Mushroom rillette with capers, dill & romaine lettuce.

Bread & chive butter.

Main course: Duck thigh with red cabbage, potatoes, brown sauce & chips.

Vegetarian: Long-baked beetroot and celery with red cabbage, potatoes, herb sauce & chips.

Dessert: Ris a la mande with plum-amarena compote.

IMPORTANT PRACTICAL INFO

Price: 350 DKK per person (excl. beverages)

The age limit for the Christmas party is 18 years.

NB! If you are a larger group who will be sitting together, order your tickets under the same name, as we will make the table plan in advance.

If there are more of you than you had initially expected, write to julefrokost@absaloncph.dk with their names, which company they are a part of, and which date you are going to the Christmas party.

If there are vegetarians/vegans in your company, write to us at least one week in advance at julefrokost@absaloncph.dk. 

After 10.30 pm the doors are open to everyone. Entry is free.
