Postpartum pilates in Absalon every Tuesday at 12:45
During this Pilates Postpartum course, we will work together, share helpful tools, and discover your body and mind strengths while empowering your body in a safe space.
With Annalisa’s background in physiotherapy, yoga and pilates, we will create a gentle flow to give awareness and resources to your body. We will particularly focus on pelvic floor muscles and deep abdominal muscles while taking care of upper body strength, including wrists and shoulders, that will soon have to carry your baby’s weight.
You are welcome to bring your baby along. During the class, you will be welcome to take the time to cuddle, pick up or feed your child. Anyone can take part in postpartum training, but we recommend that you bring your child before they reach crawling age.
You buy a ticket for 8-9 weeks at a time and you can easily continue on the next course.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
We meet every Tuesday for 8 weeks at 12.45-14.00.
Oct.-Dec. course: 8 weeks: 22/10 – 10/12 – 800 kr.
NB! It is not possible to park your pram inside Absalon, as the entrance is a fire exit.
