Start the weekend feeling fresh & relaxed with a morning yoga session. The class focuses on aligning the body and releasing stress by staying in the postures a bit longer. Not only does this give strength, it also stretches out built up tension from the week.

Natasha has been teaching yoga for 3 years. She has a playful style and likes to select music to match the energy of the class.
