Join Dea for Flow Yoga every Monday 9 am and Wednesday 4.30 pm.
A beautiful mid-week pause to flow to the rhythm of the breath – at times challenging both the body and the mind.
Flow Yoga is a vinyasa-inspired class with strengthening movements and nice stretches to energise the body. We will focus on the dynamic flow between poses, discover new transitions to move around on the yoga mat and get the heart rate up!
