Join us for pilates every Tuesday Kl. 15.15. The class is guided in English and all levels are welcome.
In this class you will be challenged on strength, flexibility, balance and stability with focus on the core muscles (abs and back). Learn consciousness breathing while you’re guided through a flow of pilates exercises.
Pilates can help your posture, enhancing your sport performance and so much more. This class is designed for everybody that wants to discover pilates, or who is already a pilates lover. The teacher will adjust the class according to level and needs of the participants.
Annalisa is physiotherapy and an experienced pilates instructor with 10+ experience in teaching movement.
You can sign up for 7-9 weeks at the time or you can drop in for single classes.

We meet every Tuesday at 15.15-16.15.
Courses:
Jan-Feb. course 7 weeks: 7/1 – 25/2 – 420 kr. (NB no class 21th of January)
March-April course 9 weeks: 4/3 – 29/4 – 540 kr.
May-June course 8 weeks: 6/5 – 24/6 – 480 kr.

You can also always drop in and buy a ticket for single classes online (at the bottom of the page) or at the bar (60 DKK) before the class starts.”

We have mats and blankets available in the room. Remember to bring a water bottle and clothes that allow free movement
