Yoga with music

In this workshop, we will play with how music and movement support each other, connect us to our breath, and break a sweat. We move to electronic tunes. The class is power vinyasa inspired, but you will also find that we indulge in long-term static positions.

About the musician
Frederik is a guitarist and a sound artist. He works with both performance and sound design, and his sound can best be described as emotional and explosive. He will bring you on a sonic journey through a soundscape and live sound design. Frederik studies sound design at Sonic College in Kolding.

About the instructor
Dicte is a trained yoga teacher from Arhanta Yoga in the Netherlands. She fell in love with yoga in her early teen years and has continued practicing it ever since. It’s important for her to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can be just like you are.

Make sure to be there in good time. Bring your own mat if you’ve got one.
