Saturday 4th of March you can experience the Operator party in Absalon bringing you both local and international acts! Celebrating music from all over the world, Operator finds inspiration in 80’s and 90’s dance culture where disco & house took over the globe.

Presented to you by Copenhagen DJs and party promoters Prom Night & Kawun, Operator invites you on a worldwide journey presenting and representing music from every corner of the world, while also being on a mission to unite cultures and dance moves.

DJ, radio host, curator, label head and party promoter – CC:DISCO! is hopelessly lost in music and there’s no turning back. Playing disco, house and boogie cuts with her heart at the controls, CC triggers a joyous feedback loop that infects the dancefloor. There’s no pretension, only pure feeling.

PROM NIGHT

DJ, Producer & Labelboss Prom Night has become one of the well-known names on the Copenhagen clubscene. With his sets spanning sleazy disco cuts and chuggers, Italo house, afro-house, acid, techno and beyond, Shaq plays often in esteemed underground spots including Stockholm’s Underbron, Berlins ‘Renate’ or festivals like ‘Roskilde Festival’, ‘PLX’ and many more.

KAWUN

Kawun is one of the latest editions to the new breed of DJ’s coming out of Copenhagen, and has in the recent years established himself as one of the most exciting young DJ’s of the Danish capitals clubscene.

With a love for Disco and House, the eclectic style of the Danish-Afghan DJ has led him to play at prolific and established venues around the city, supporting names such as DJ Seinfeld, Skatebård, HAAi and many more.

HARRISON HEAT

With almost 10 years of active DJ-experience, HARRISON HEAT has always been fond of the jacking, bouncy style of house music most prominent in Chicago house. But he also has a proclivity for new school house music with that special groovy ass vibe and tends to mix it up with disco grooves. As he has become a bigger and bigger part of the Copenhagen rave scene, both as an organizer and DJ, he also explores darker acidic techno and EBM sounds with a dusky industrial hard-hitting feel to it.
