Now it’s time for “Påskefrokost” where we combine dinner, party and all the traditions from Easter. We serve dinner and provide entertainment, so this year you do not have to gather in a boring cantine or eat your uncle’s over-salty gravy.

Starter: Salmon rillette with capers, sprouts & curry bread.
Vegetarian: Mushroom cream with pickled beech mushrooms, sprouts & curry bread.
Main course:
Easter chicken with pumpkin & caramelized onions.
Heart salad with curry dressing & apples, potatoes & dill fraiche.
Vegetarian: Roasted celery with pumpkin & caramelized onions.
Dessert: Lemon cake with mint.

Ticket price: 200 kr. (exclusive drinks)
Arrive from 5 pm and no later than 5.45 pm. Then all of us are seated before the food is ready.
If you are a group who wish to be seated together, then order the tickets together or under the same name. Write an email to julefrokost@absaloncph.dk with the info about:
– The name your tickets are bought in
– How many you are
– The number of vegetarians in your group
At 10.30 pm we open the doors for the after party, where the age limit is 21+.
