Oldies but Goldies yoga is for you with silver splashes in your hair and buckets of experience and wisdom.
We focus on stretching, strength exercises and breathing techniques. Everyone is welcome and you can join, even if the last time you practiced yoga was in India in 1971.
Through yoga you can increase your muscle mass, train your balance and increase your coordination. It can prevent injuries and falls, but also create well-being and profit in your everyday life. The yoga classes take place at a calm pace and with the option of extra support for the individual exercises. We always end the class with relaxation and a bit of meditation.
About Naomi our teacher
Naomi has an artistic background and is educated in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Her classes will be in English and will have a focus on holding space for your personal movement and yoga experience during a gentle yoga practice.
She loves teaching her guided breath and movement classes and hopes to leave you relaxed and with a playful mood.
