Spend five Tuesdays making your own ceramic tableware: a teapot or coffee pot, some cups with saucers, as well as a milk jug and a sugar bowl. You get to decide how it should look.
Our ceramicist will teach you modeling techniques, and you can take your time to explore the materials, shape, decorate, and add color. When the course is finished, your tableware will be fired and glazed, so you can take it home for tea parties in your own living room.
You will use techniques such as pinching, coil building, and slab building. Once you finish shaping, you can paint patterns on the clay with underglaze.
