Pulse & Strength with Baby allows you to restore your strength and improve your fitness, thereby gaining strength and energy for you and your baby.
The training focuses on functional exercises designed to assist you in managing your daily movements and tasks. Our training emphasises the interaction of the core muscles with the rest of the body.
The baby should not be bored while mum or dad trains, so the baby is involved in our training sessions. By using the baby as a lever in various positions, we aim to strengthen the baby’s sensory apparatus and enhance the intensity of our training.

Room: ‘The club’ on the 1st floor
NOTE! It is not possible to park prams indoors in Absalon. The entrance must be kept clear for fire safety reasons, and carriages cannot be in the hall.
If you want to be sure of a seat, buy your ticket here in advance. We do not refund purchased tickets. If you are prevented from doing so, you are welcome to give your place to someone you think can use it.
